Kalle's Cool Cooking Creations

Good Morning, my dear friends!

Today I want to introduce you to my newest fancy idea. I call it: "Kalles Cool Cooking Creations - KCCC".

In my stylish new kitchen, I celebrate sessions of cooking. In the first phase, I design my yammilicious creations according to asian recipes especially from Thailand. The national soup of thailand is called "TOM KHA GAI". "Tom" means soup. "KHA" means Gargant, it's the name for thai ginger. "Gai" means chicken meat.



Here on the picture above you can see some of my ingredients. Mushrooms, tomato, lemon and lemon leaves, chicken meat, shrimps, green onions and also a fish sauce with chili in the small pott.

For me, cooking is inducing feelings of joy and happiness to my soul and my mind. I celebrate this cooking sessions, because I enjoy handling all the food. I like to see, to feel, to smell and to taste the meat and the herbs, the vegetables.

Memories that you never forget

Here you can see Kalle the Chef inside of his kitchen. He is smiling because the soup in the pot is smelling and boiling so nice and delicious.



A good result is the best reward

Here you can see the result. It's amazing! The Tom Kha Gai is a very nutritious soup. Thanks to the people of Thailand, for giving this fantastic soup to the world.
